 آج کے دور میں سوشل میڈیا کی اہمیت سے انکار نہیں کیا جا سکتا ،جہاں اس کے فائدے ہیں وہیں نقصان بھی ہیں سب سے بڑا نقصان وقت کا ضیاع ہے آج صبح کا بتاتی ہوں ، میں ناشتہ بنا کر فارغ ہوئی تو سوچا ،میاں جی کو کال کر کے بلاتی ہوں،کہ آ کر ناشتہ کر لیں ،کمر ے میں جا کر موبائل پکڑا وٹس اپ چیک کیا ،فیس بک اور انسٹا گرام کو سکرول کرتے کرتے پورے 30منٹ ضائع کر کے موبائل رکھ کر واپس کچن میں آئی تو یاد آیا 

اوہ ،میں تو میاں جی کو کال کرنے گئی تھی
